What is Clean Meat or Cultured Meat?

Cellular agriculture processes are used to create clean meat. It is meat grown from in vitro animals’ cell culture, using many of the same tissue engineering techniques used in regenerative medicine. In simple terms, it refers to the components of meat (muscle cells, fat cells, connective tissue, blood) that are produced via cell culture, rather than from an animal that has been slaughtered.
